The customer wanted a new garden design but did not want the continual maintenance that a garden normally includes. We landscaped using astroturf and provided shrubs and stones all of which require little effort to maintain. The cabin was also built at the end of the garden, which we provided.
Removed old banister and spindles and replaced with lighter oak and glass panels to modernise the stairwell. The fire door in the background was also replaced with a higher standard safety door.
The customer was ready to put the house up for sale and we suggested them having the repointing done. For a potential buyer, this would have been one of the first things they would have seen and first impressions count when selling a home. A simple task that costs very little to make the front of the house more presentable.
